Belle Mehus Auditorium in Bismarck is a primary venue for the performing arts that has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The auditorium, built in 1914, hosts performances of the Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra and the Northern Plains Ballet.

This is one of North Dakota's fastest and newest growing performing arts organizations. You can also witness live performances and classes in the Sleepy Hollow Summer Theatre that offer instances of the rich art and culture of the state.
